Sculpture Foundry has more than 30 years of experience in bronze casting of sculptures. We cast primarily in bronze, and only according to the ‘Cire Perdue’ method. But we can also offer casting in aluminum, silver, stainless steel and cast iron. Care is our hallmark, whether it is a sculpture of 5 cm. or a statue of 5 m. All processes take place in close collaboration with the artist

Vi har fået ansvar for det skandinaviske marked og kan tilbyde vores normale tætte samarbejde med vore kunder, kombineret men den øgede kapacitet som Alfa Arte tilbyder.
Udover shellcasting tilbyder vi støbning i sand med kileform, med støbe kapacitet på 700 kilo bronze og 500 kilo rustfast stål.

Vi er meget stolte af vores arbejde, og det, der muliggør den høje grad af nøjagtighed i støbningen, er metoden “Shellcasting”. Det der specielt adskiller den fra ældre metoder med store mængder tegl, gips m.m. er den meget stærke og tynde keramiske skal (shell) vi laver uden om voksen. Det reducerer energibehov og udledning af Co2 betragteligt, og det letter det videre arbejde med bronzen, når der ikke skal fjernes så meget materiale inden man kan gå videre i processen.
